The devil I know is burgers. And burgers can be unsettling. I consider this a bit of a “wading in” when it comes to this project. Photographing Ostrich eggs and Rabbit will come later, but I don’t want to waste the effort cooking and experimenting with these difficult foods if I don’t have a good feel for the editing process — so I’m copping out and cutting myself a break. I can make a burger. I can even make a monster burger. It might require some baking, but I’m going to give it a go.
I think I want to have the burger being held up with two hands over a plate with french fries and condiments.
I think I will be baking my own buns for this in order to get the right size. I’m going to try this recipe.

- Lighting set up (Other 1st thing)
Final thing I’m going to note is that I need to temper my expectations. I’m getting excited, but I think I’m coming up on a challenge, when it comes to lighting and editing this photo, so I must prepare myself.
